Step 1: Hormone Testing
We start by testing your hormone levels so we can make more accurate recommendations for your therapy.

We use Saliva Testing which gives us a clear picture of your hormone levels and how much is getting to the tissue level.
Why Saliva Testing?
In the bloodstream, 95-99% of steroid hormones are bound to carrier proteins, making them inactive and unavailable to target tissues. Saliva testing, however, measures the bioavailable portion of hormones—the amount that the body can actually use. Because of this, saliva testing provides a clearer connection between hormone levels and symptoms of imbalance, making it a valuable tool for assessing and monitoring hormone therapy.
Step 2: Consultation
When we receive your test results, one of our team members will help you schedule your one-on-one consultation with Denise, our Hormone Consultant Pharmacist

She will review your results with you, discuss your symptoms, and work with you to formulate a personalized plan, including lifestyle changes, and additional resources designed to meet YOUR goals.
Step 3: Start Feeling Better
Based on your consultation, Denise will often recommend a topical bio-identical hormone cream as well as supplements which will address specific areas of concern you discussed.
The ​recommendations are sent to your provider for their approval (Remember: Our pharmacist can recommend, but your provider is responsible for actually prescribing).

Once your provider gives us the go-ahead, our expert compounding team will custom prepare your prescription.

Why Use Topical Hormone Therapy?
By using topical bio-identical hormones, we can ensure the hormones get into the tissue and thus the bloodstream where they can be used by the body.
