A member of our team will process a saliva test with your information. You will receive another message when your test is ready. The ZRT Saliva Test Kit will be completed at home and shipped to the ZRT lab using the prepaid UPS label included in the test kit.

 

When you pick it up, one of our team members will go over the test with you to ensure you know exactly what to do and what to expect.
